Debut album from 1969 by Canadian band with garage/psych and hard rock excess, complete with blues-mauling guitar riffs fighting it out with some nice haunting harmonies and occasional delicate, folky melodies. One of the last gasps of garage-psychedelia (in fact, the hard rock factor is so prominent that it probably couldn't be comfortably classified as such).
